Use of Geo-Location for Clock-in/Clock-out
JBM Task Board uses GPS location to verify user presence for clock-in and clock-out. By using this feature, you consent to the collection of your location data.

Data Usage & Ownership
All data entered into the app remains the property of the respective users and employers. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.

Termination & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if any terms are violated.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
